Judgment in favor of a 45-year-old woman who sustained a back injury as a result of a car accident.  Plaintiff’s vehicle was broadsided by a Chicago Police car.  Defendant’s alleged the police officers were in hot pursuit of a felon and that their police sirens and lights were activated.   Plaintiff’s attorney argued defendant Chicago Police did not have their lights or sirens activated at the time of the high-speed chase and failed to yield the right-of-way to plaintiff.
