Settlement in favor of a 36-year-old man who sustained a dislocated shoulder when he fell down a flight of stairs while trying to avoid paint cans that were stacked in the stairwell. Plaintiff’s attorney alleged that defendant violated numerous City of Chicago Building Codes.
