Settlement on behalf of a 64 year-old man who was struck head-on by a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction. Plaintiff sustained a closed head injury and annular tear at L4-L5. Plaintiff’s attorney recovered the maximum policy limits of defendant’s insurance.
