Kevin J. McNamara has concentrated his law practice in the area of personal injury trial work throughout his entire career. As a trial lawyer, he represents plaintiffs in all forms of personal injury and wrongful death matters. His practice areas include automobile and truck accidents, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home malpractice, dog bites, slip-and-fall accidents, and countless others. Kevin is a graduate of St. Ignatius College Prep in Chicago. He received a BA from Indiana University in Bloomington with a double major. After graduating from Indiana University, Kevin worked for one year in the Management Training Program for First Chicago Bank. Thereafter, he enrolled at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. While a law student, Kevin worked as a law clerk for the law firm of Neville, Pappas & Mahoney. After graduating from John Marshall and being admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1995, Kevin accepted an associate’s position at Neville, Pappas & Mahoney. Kevin worked at Neville, Pappas & Mahoney for six years. In that time, he personally represented thousands of personal injury and medical malpractice clients.
In 2001, Kevin left Neville, Pappas & Mahoney to found his own firm. Since that time, Kevin has continued to represent thousands of injured people, whether through personal injury claims such as automobile accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, animal attacks, construction and work-related accidents, or medical malpractice claims for patients who have been injured through improper medical care.
Joseph Domanico is an experienced personal injury trial lawyer. During his career, he has worked on a variety of cases including car and truck accidents, slip and falls, bicycle accidents, medical transport injuries, dog bites, and many others. Joseph is a Chicago native who graduated from St. Ignatius college Prep. He received a B.A. from Creighton University with a double major. After graduating, Joseph returned to Chicago and began working as a legal staffer at one of the largest mortgage law firms in the state of Illinois. After two years there, Joseph enrolled in The John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
While enrolled, Joseph clerked for a distinguished plaintiff’s medical malpractice and wrongful death firm. He then took a clerking position at one of Chicago’s largest workers’ compensation firms. While working and enrolled as a full-time student, Joseph also participated in The John Marshall Law School’s clinic, where he handled foreclosure defense cases and a federal prisoners’ rights case. Upon graduating, Joseph took a position with an insurance defense firm, where he gained valuable insight into the strategies of insurance defense.
Joseph decided to return to plaintiff’s work and joined Kevin McNamara Law Offices in 2019. He has dedicated his career to being a true advocate for his clients.
